just a tish NE of central ND
I would reccomend to test the alternator output by testing running voltage at the batterys..
You have alternator chargeing issues.....made sure you have a good set of pulleys and a good set of belts and tightened properly. ...the alternator could have a bad diode or regulater.Alternators needs to put out more voltage than the battery storage voltage level to keep it full under load.Should be up there at least close to 14 volts somewhere under load. Maybe a littel more.
Maybe JON HAGEN or someone else here can chime in and give us more specifics on ideal voltage and testing. The fact that the batteries dont go dead either mean you sue very little current in the tractor or it charges just enough to maintain them at a low voltage.
