I'm with you.
I don't know what is going on there recently because most of my experiences with them have been fantastic. Usually in my shop by 9 am next day if I order before 3-3:30. But I have had things take 3-4 days this year to get too. They spoiled us before and it is hard to get used to this type of delivery setup if this is going to continue and you need the parts sooner than later.
Ordering from shoup.... What a disaster.
