Someone must be having a bad week. I normally don't have any problems with shoup, but after reading your post I decided to open the box of parts I ordered from them a couple weeks ago. Sure enough, the shanks are wrong and the bushings aren't even in the box. I did get some plow bolts I didn't order and a new shop rag.
Ordering from shoup.... What a disaster.
