I am a one man band, so usually I have no time between planting and spraying to run the roller. With that said, I would like to try it on a couple of fields this coming spring to see what happens. Corn can look a little spindly when shaded by the taller rye ( but grows out of it readily enough). I had planned on doing so this spring past, but it is hard to stop the planter in good running conditions. We got rain, and then I barely got in to terminate the covers.
