It reminds me of a Delta Farm Press article about a large landowning family with various agribusiness interests and a telecommunications company in Marked Tree, AR. One of the heirs, who had never farmed (they lease all their land out) told the reporter when asked for advice for young farmers was to stay out of debt. What a crock.
