i did all my homework on buying ground, but it would never pay for itself,
then , i said the heck with it a bought a farm, then another, and another,
and im in position to buy another one if i want,
if your farming, and farming is your life, buy a place,
for me, its the best feeling in the world, and i enjoy working on my farms
dont overthink it, if you can afford a farm , buy it
