Well thank you for that incredibly well thought out and intelligent response.**** In all seriousness though, it interests me because we have an operator in our area who is not too far off the Stamp model. It interests me because that fellow in my area uses the same bank as me, the same fertilizer supplier, same equipment dealer, same elevator, starting to see a pattern?? Watching how things in this situation unfold could give me a valuable insight into what my community and myself might be in for at some point, and what I might do to protect myself and possibly (and I'm sure this is an awful thought in some folks minds) capitalize on the opportunities that will likey come available in the aftermath. Also, trust me I am in no way jealous of an individual who was audited and removed from control of the business's he built and was running for what one can only believe must be some fairly serious infractions. Lastly, I posted a link to a factual report on a situation that many on this page have shown interest in, you on the other hand posted a pile of fecal matter that does nothing but prove your lack of ability to put together an intelligent thought.
I already warned a couple of Stamps land Lords to watch out and most likely be looking for some other Farmer to Farm their Land next Spring.
My Question to you JWM_Farms is this: Is the guy in your area just a big bully taking big risks or is he flat out cheating and at risk of going to Prison for what he has done?
There is another Farmer in SW MI I heard his wife is a Tyson Foods heir and got 13 Million start up money from her inheritance,, now that's different than cooking the books so you can borrow more money then you can ever possibly repay the Bank ? |
