Grinnell, Iowa | Now Charlie that last statement is one that I can agree with, at least to a certain degree, Stamp was without question greedy, the landlords who chased the top dollar are awful hard to feel too much remorse for. The banks I'll hold judgment on till we know whether they were working off of accurate numbers or not but somebody probably should have questioned the sustainability of that kind of growth, so ya probably greed there too.
