Stamp had some great ideas too bad about the rail thing as the alcohol plant in South Bend is closed now. Stamp claims he was directly marketing to SE USA by rail..
That's great for Decatur MI.. It's a good location for a fertilizer dealer. There are plenty of good honest Farmers in the area who can easy absorb the land Stamp was renting.
I heard that down by Burr Oak MI Stamp beat King Farms out of a Land purchase deal at the last minute.. I am sure the Bank can sell this land to King Farms for a small loss or big loss but not a total loss.
