Not sure what happened to him but his plan for expansion wasn't a real solid one. Well it was until land prices went down rather than up. Kinda like banking on $7 corn, everything pencils out real easy when going from $5 corn to $7 but try penciling out major purchases at $7 and ending up with $5 and half your yields!
