| Matt, the FSA and RMA info is already there. I was also considering adding an info page so you can keep up with owner contact info for them, section township and range, and any other info you want.
Regarding iPhone support, they have discussed this. I believe they are an planning this for a future upgrade. I think they are planning a slightly altered app for a phone. I agree, this is something that would be very helpful and popular in my mind.
The software does support soil sampling, but I have only briefly reviewed it. I understand there will be ways to display the resulting data though.
In my mind, data entry MUST be simple and quick, or you won't use; it therefore it is useless to you.
