Downtown Shell Knob MO Come Visit!
Spreader truck throwing 70 feet. I have it calibrated fairly well and I don't have any problems with skip or overlaps. I do use UAN on a bunch of smaller fields because half the field is the outside round and its hard to do field edges with the spinner box. I have split a couple fields, were I do the outside pass with UAN because the sprayer still had some in it and then do the middle with dry AN.
The AN part smoked the UAN part by about 5 bushel. I wish I would have tryed urea in the same field.
I think that urea on a good hot windy day has just as much potential for injury as streaming UAN. I love AN and A-S I just wish they were cheaper, I never buy them but every time I try a little AN or A-S they always more than pay for themselves over Urea or UAN :(
