 Nwmo | John, I recently got a keto mojo for testing blood glucose and blood ketones. My ketone levels seem to stick around .4 to .7 which surprised me a little because I am staying under 20 actual carbs a day. I have read that once you are fat adapted your body won't have a lot of excess blood ketones because your body is using them. I was just curious if you had ever checked your ketone levels or if you had seen very low ketone levels while staying under 20 carbs a day. | |
