Subject: Serious usda discrimination conversation

Central IL
This site is a wealth of knowledge full of *some* really bright people.

In an effort to be proactive and for the sake of conversation:

If you were in fact a white farmer, and you were to update your paperwork to change your race, sexual identity or other information. Usda employees are not allowed to question how you answer those questions.

You then apply for forgiveness.

Scenario A- its forgiven

Scenario B- your discriminated against by the usda, making you a discriminated party, allowing you to circle back a reapply?

If you were indeed to do this, what legal points would you use to work with your lawyer. Does anyone have any thought or points to add to the conversation.

My main point is if a man can identify as a woman, facts nonlonger matter, which means i should be able to identify as any race or class of people i choose.

Lets try to keep it serious and make this as helpful as a machinery repair question!
