SE Nebraska
+1 I don't want the forgiveness because I took the loan and said I will pay it back. But I am against this racist stuff and will make the people who came up with this eat their own legislation in the court system so if anyone has an insite into a lawyer or suit being filed I will join in. We have to make it a point here and now that discrimination will not be tolerated. I am not of a race that was discriminated against in the past but I will not allow it to happen in the present. I believe there was already a lawsuit paid out for prior legal action and as usual enough is never enough. It is the courts job to correct the wrongs with proof, not just a blanket payment to all "disadvantage" farmers who may or may not have been discriminated against.
