THEY DONT HAVE TO PROVE DISCRIMINATION!! That is the problem here. If there was truely discrimination against someone I will guarantee no one on here would have a problem with it, but they arent asking for them to prove they have been discriminated against. The USDA paid out something like 3 billion dollars for the Pigford v Glickman settlement which was because of discrimination.
