The fact that sod is defending this is proof you can’t talk sense to him. If John Deere is promoting racism. Sue them. How does making the usda payoff there loans affect John Deere racism. There is a lawsuit called right to repair which all the major manufacturers are fighting as an is the last sector to allow people to acces there equipment. They don’t care what color you are they won’t let you work on it. I fail to see how paying off a loan that was granted was racist. When I take a loan out the terms are specified up front. Here is the usda policy.
In USDA programs, discrimination is prohibited on the bases of race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, familial status, disability, limited English proficiency, or because all or a part of an individual's income is derived from a public assistance program.
