General comments not directed at Brown Cow, and thank you for posting that language.

Yet when you ask they say gender is not discriminated against. No I am not playing the victim, I could care less. I had to prove myself in the corporate world just like a man, whoop t do. However, I did thoroughly enjoy being underestimated and then proving them wrong, but that is not discrimination, it is called welcome to the real world. What I do have a problem with is the USDA crawfishing! First it was underserved farmers, which by their very own definition is all the above plus Veterans and gender were included. Now all of a sudden they are getting pushback and “oh we didn’t mean that” really? I think the other term used is socially disadvantaged, that is not vague at all! Bottom line it is bad law and should be put on hold and repealed, or hell do what they always do change the rules. Make it equal across the board if not, then don’t do it at all. Pick your poison
