Subject: Excel spreadsheets- can you have a master and then some sorts that feed off master?

In keeping track of seed use we enter it by customer(master) but also need a sort by variety and by field which need different totals in different spots. We are continually adding to the master and then have to totally set up the sort pages each time to include the new entries on the master. Is there some way on excel that would automatically populate the sort pages when we add to the master?
