What kind of rent are you being offered? Those barns are a lot more expensive than they used to be. If you can manage your manure and utilize it for Nitrogen it will help. Also if you have a good site and don’t have to spend a lot of extra money on driveways/utilities/etc that helps too. Seems like a lot of hogs out there right now and building expenses are high. Just curious on what kind of rent is out there these days
