North Central Illinois | Wow lots of red flags here. It sounds like you and your wife each have issues with appreciating one another and what you bring to the relationship. That makes car mileage look pretty minor.
So you leased because you were attracted to the $186 a month? Did you have no clue how many miles you were putting on a vehicle before this? If you knew but thought you could change things or manage it that was your first mistake. Running late model vehicles costs money. If you thought you could keep your wife in a three year old or newer car for $186 a month indefinitely that was your second mistake. Now you have money problems and can’t come up with the money to pay the overage and move onto a new cheap lease? Money problems suck and unforeseen expenses have a way of making it much worse. Sounds like your only option is to buy the thing somehow and drive the wheels off of it. The good news is that car will run forever.
There are two sides to every story but you have portrayed yourself in less than a flattering light here the way you have talked about your wife. Good luck to both of you. | |
