I don't have 30 to 40 yr old buildings, but mine will be done soon. This is where you and I differ. My "small" 600 hd buildings are being replaced by 4800 hd buildings. I'm an independent but with production and marketing ties, while the buildings replacing mine are more than likely custom fed for an integrator. Long way of saying I think the flood of pigs will continue. Sure it will have its ups and downs but the squeeze will not stop.

So with my doom and gloom, I'm not telling you to quit or not try, just keep in mind myself and a few others on here were like you 25 yrs ago. Good luck. I'm used up...next guy up.
