NC | I have a gut feeling we are in for a drought- make sure you have your current needs covered well first.
Make hay or increase grazing for now and I think you will be able to buy cheaper soon.
Can you use the extra grass to hold your current calves longer? Can you use the grass to buy enough calves to create trailer loads when you sell your current calf crop?
