You haven't told us anything about how much these heifers cost, or how much you expect to sell them for OR how keeping them will generate cash flow.
I see 2 things everytime I go to salebarn. Heavy bred cows at about 70 cents, and bull calves that need cleaning up and adding 250#. I would look at either one before getting into the salebarn heifer breeding business.
