Good lord! Why did they remove the whole nail? They can remove the roots along the side of the nail without removing the whole nail. I had this done a long time ago and it was not bad at all. It also took care of the problem.
I had the sides taken off of both my big toes the one side had to be done twice because the stuff they put on to make it not grow didn't work. I wished she would just take it all off but she didn't want to wanted to try another time before took it all off. | 
Toenail removal = Long night
