After dealing with ingrown toenails for 25 years and having both toes worked on numerous times the foot doc removed my big toenails yesterday.  I've dreaded doing it because I know how wonderful it feels for a few days.  The first night is by far the worst for me as I really struggle with the burning sensation when lidocaine wears off.  I'm fairly certain the injection needle is still stuck in my toe and has been since 2:00am.  I'm a wimp.
