Doctor said that I had some fungus issues and that each time they do a procedure the efficacy goes down.  He gave me the option of just the sides but recommend total removal.  It wasn't what I wanted to hear but I knew that was what needed to be done.  Since I typed the original message the ibuprofen has kicked in and I'm feeling pretty good.  Probably won't go walk around the farm show in Lincoln but do need to take care of some other business.....btw, they don't look pretty right now!
