Anderson County Kansas | The commercial real estate may have worked out for them, but it didn't have to, it for sure came with risks.There aren't any investments that make 10 percent return without taking risk. If there were enough money would chase them that they wouldn't return that much. Sure some will, but a lot of them won't, you don't know which ones will work out when you invest. There is a reason that money buys government treasuries paying 2 or 3 percent, or cd's that pay next to nothing, they wouldn' if they could get a better guaranteed return.
