Saronville NE | So your telling me that if you have a say $3.50 BE on corn after all machinery, living, repairs etc is paid that you need $150 profit after all that or it isn't worth doing?
If that's true good luck ever expanding in my area.
You know that on a 1/4 of ground tthats over $22k profit on 1 farm that takes maybe 40-60 hrs to farm 1 quarter, that's dang good wages. I sure know of nowhere that makes a 20% return yr in yr out. I've always been told 10%+ is a good avg to aim for. | |
