Saronville NE | I had a seed DSM tell me you get rent down first then we will work on the seed, that kinda P'd me off, so I cut my order.
My LLs have all worked with me. I'm really surprised that guys are turning away ground, if it will pencil even if tight I'd rather keep it then give it up. Seed discounts add up, machinery costs are lowered, it helps bottom line over long haul if the acres show a even slight positive return then to give them up.
Now if it shows a loss or just plain won't yield then it makes sense to give up if pulling your cash flow down. | |
