If we all are going to bid $10k + for land and $300+ for rent we have too take it from some place.........been said before but I just don't see any of this ending good
im in a pretty darn good corn growing area of north Iowa and I don't know anybody bidding $10,000 for land or $300 for rent.
Boone and Crockett your north of me. And I know some guys in your area still paying 360-400 an acre.
