Dirt just changed hands from 275.00 to 305.00 on I would call marginal ground 67 csr. and rocky. And a farm sold not too far from me 8.900.00, 75 csr, needs more tile... Northeast Iowa.. A lot of 275/325.00 rent. I cant pencil it. But I'm a small fish in this big pond.
