I hate giving them a click but I went to the sustainablebeef site got to love their mission statement:

"The Sustainable Beef Resource Center is a single-purpose team focused on supporting the use of technology to provide safe, affordable, wholesome beef produced sustainably."

Lot of fancy words that mean absolutely nothing but make the idiots feel good. 

If the country was covered in potato and tomato farms these same fools would be blaming them for global warming, wasting water, and poisoning the Earth with fertilizer (which is natural BTW).  Doesn't matter what it is they know better and need more gvt. money to study and fix it.
