HA ! I can do one better... Ontario , where Redoak and I live has a 300Billion dollar debt, more than twice that of California, with slightly less more than 1/3 California. We are now the WORLD's most indebted sub-sovereign borrower. Let's see you beat that LOL........ ( I have to laugh,,,, it keeps me from crying)
