I am not sticking up for Obama at ALL....my cost of insurance has gone UP every year BEFORE Obama took office. Well can agree it's likely gone up at a higher rate for some...still higher each year.
before Obama care the slower raise was due to Tort.
You also need to look at the price of life today versus 35 years ago. Cancer, aids, cardiac, transplants treatments and care have come aomg ways in 30 years. There are a lot of people walking around today that would have been dead if the care was the same as 30 years ago and that treatment isn't cheap.
