Central Alberta | The big problem in the 80's was the debt overhang from the late 70's. They are not making any more so are you buying? It looked like you had too when the truth was that you should not. How to know. Now it will be worse because you will suffer low debt or high due to artificially low interest rates that make no difference in cost structure if you are 0 or 100% . Cost will be much more stubborn in coming down this time leading to 30+ years of draining equity. | |
