1981 was not the 80's either, however it was the start of the 80's. We can keep telling ourselves this is not the 80's but telling ourselves that will not prepare us for bad times. I think there are still a lot of guys that are ignoring the fact that we could be going through a few tuff years and maybe we need to cut back on rent and all other cost's that we can. I still see quit a few guys that seem to be paying way more rent then will possible cash flow.
