There must have been some Gurus out there saying control the land, no matter what. I remember hearing that line also. There was a piece not far from me that went for 3000 an acre, that went back to the original owner, and got resold for 1200.
Same thing was going on here, really an eye full for an 18 year old kid just getting out of High School and getting started. Leave quite an impression.... |
