Point is that farmers that grew it got it into the marketing channel by not following segregation requirements. Now you want to sue Syngenta because they did not oroperly segregate it for market? Remember it was approved in this country but had restrictions on where you could market it. Farmers knew that when they purchased the seed.
Syngenta may call you to testify
