The very few times I've had to go to the law it was because the offending parties really didn't give a damn about anyone else. At one business I worked at, whenever there was a questionable situation, my boss would ask: " What is the right thing to do?" Once you ask that question usually you can resolve a dispute without resorting to the law. The people & businesses that are always getting sued are usually the ones who push the limits. |
