The problem with our society is too many lawyers, a court system that sets laws, a legal system that allows and encourages people to sue, and in general people not taking responsibility for their actions. So let's settle this thing, give the lawyers their money, and go on to the next litigation, whatever that is. Because that is how we do things now, settle out if court.
