| Is whatever money you're going to get out of it after the lawyers take their cut worth your time and dignity of being deposed? Filling out paperwork? How would you feel if Syngenta took out an ad in your local paper naming all in your area that signed on as a plaintiff?
If you REALLY, REALLY believe Syngenta is at fault for lowering corn prices and that you were personally hurt by it by all means sign up. If someone told you it was free money and you're OK with using your name and operation as a pawn in legal exercise DON'T DO IT! It's that simple.
Now that a Chinese company owns Syngenta this really could get nasty. | |
