Tom,
Having your son take over is obviously your first choice. However, Practical Farmers of Iowa's find a farmer program would have a dozen emails in your inbox by next week. There are lots of young people like myself looking for an opportunity like you are offering. Really wish we lived closer!
You have done the hard work making it a successful organic farm, and I imagine it would bring top dollar to the right renter. Renting it out would be really easy, and would allow you to slow down, and would keep the farm in the family should your son decide to return.
