he is 32 and yes he has worked helping out on farm many years, we already went thru the micro manage thing, i can let go now , he doesn't really like his career path now, i have hinted around , but insurance is a big deal to him, we have been blessed with good returns since we are getting organic premiums and money isn't issue , other sidings not interested or too young, thanks
