i appreciate the insights, , i agree about the wanting it , which to me would mean he would be asking me more when i bring it up, now it seems like he gives reasons he can't do it, like insurance cost, moving and selling his house, unknowns.  To my thinking if he wanted it he would be finding solutions to the reasons,  I wanted to come back to farm soo bad that my Dad told me i had to finish college and get a job first! I can sense he is conflicted, but my old body isn't keeping up as well and sense i need to do something in a few years, It would be really hard to find a tenant to rent to since we are organic
