I told both of my boys they did not owe me returning.They need to find their own direction. If the farm is in that future, great. Short of a crisis the farm will continue the winding path.


It doesn't sound like he is ready for that commitment. At this point I would have a hard time giving up reins. I know should they come aboard the plan will need to be clear and I will have to accept shared decision making with no going back.
