If someone---anyone-- cleaned out my shop, with out me there.
That would be the LAST time they would be in that shop.

Do the shop cleaning WITH him..........

Edit to add: While your at it, head to the house and throw out what you
think they don't need ,and- or -don't use anymore
Let us know how that works out for ya.  (if your still alive)
