AGCOfan - 8/2/2015 22:10 We pay .01 more per litre for milk then in the U.S. on average. Plus none of our Dairy and Poultry farmers receive money from the taxpayer.

Where and when is that price comparison data from?

The numbers I could find (came from "dairy farmers of Canada") suggested that it was $.15/liter difference using 2014 data.

Milk is cheaper in the US now than it was in 2014 due to supply going up and market price going down, something I don't suspect has happened in Canada.    Last night milk was $.78/liter in the grocery store.   What is it in rural Canada right now?

Canadian dairy farmers wouldn't be so protective of the quota system if it was only getting them a penny/liter.
