Who will do the compensating Thud, and why?  Why would there be a HUGE influx of capital into the dairy industry?  Where is all the money that accumulated when farmers bought quota?  I know some went to selling farmers but values have increased so much since the quota and supply management system came into being 60 years ago.
What am I missing? 



John its Canada , its Farmers, like Thud I fully expect they would get full value from gov't for quota--look out west they want gov't assistance for drought, we have many safety net programs but us Farmers always still want some "new" gov't money.......
