Do you want farmers to be paid the cost of producing milk? or do you want a situation where prices are based on supply and demand? Those are two very different questions. The answer to that question will depend on your philosophical view of economics.
It is one thing to say that "I believe in capitalism." It is another thing to live it out, isn't it.
